There is no manual or guide how and when to use different settings, etc. There is no pin provided to open sd card slot. It is something that could be very useful and cost almost nothing, so I think this is kind of very strange and even shameful for Samsung not to include it, and it does not reflect good on them. If they do not provide it, at least they should include some explanation how to open the slot without it. I do not know if I can use paper clip, for example, because I do not want to damage anything accidentally. I guess, I have no other option and have to try it, but it is a real shame that I paid almost $300.00 and have to modify paper clip, not even knowing if I can use it, to open that slot. Very bad impression because of that.
P.S. I tried and paper clip does not open it. Somebody else also complained here that they could not open it even with the pin. I specifically bought this model because it suppose to have additional 128 GB storage of sd card, and now it is useless, and what is left just about 20 GB of the tablet, which is absolutely not enough, especially if I want to store some movies. That is a real shame!
